How can I request an estimate?
Please click on the 'Request An Estimate' button at the bottom of this page and complete the form.

We serve Omaha, Bellevue, Ralston, LaVista and Papillion
Question- Do I need to be at home for my estimate?
No, you do not. If we need to see your property, we will need access to your back yard and please ensure your pets are secured inside of the home.
Can I get a quote or estimate over the phone?
We will make every attempt to provide you with a prompt quote, however if we need to see your property please ensure your pets are secured inside of the home.
SERVICES PROVIDED:
What is included in your mowing services?
Our mowing services include lawn mowing, edging of the driveway and sidewalk surrounding your home, string trimming around all areas were the mower cannot reach and blowing all clippings off of hard surfaces to give your lawn a neat, professional appearance.
Will you bag my grass clippings and haul them away?
Grass clippings will be mulched, to return the nutrients back to your lawn while providing you lawn with a freshly cut, professional appearance.
What is included in your shrub trimming service?
Our shrub trimming services include trimming of the the shrubs, blowing and removing the clippings from the bed. Trimming of shrubs are invoiced as an additional service.
What is included in your Spring/Fall leaf clean up service?
Our leaf clean up service includes blowing of leaves from hard surfaces, flower beds, around trees and fence line. We will clean up leaves and place them in brown yard waste bags to be placed at your curbside. (or at a place you designate on your property) We do not offer the haul away of leaf debris bags.
PAYMENT METHODS:
How do I pay for my services?
Credit card is the preferred method of payment. We do not accept personal checks.
Mowing Services - We can send you an electronic invoice which you can pay directly upon delivery of the service. Or with the convienient 'card on file' feature we can debit your credit or ATM card after each weekly service.
Shrub Trimming & Leaf Clean Ups - Require 50% of the invoiced amount must be paid prior to the work beginning. The remaining 50% is due immediately upon completion.
When is my payment due?
Mowing Service - Your invoice is due upon receipt. If not paid within 3 days after the invoice a $5.00 late fee will be added. If payment is not made by the 6th day, service will be cancelled until payment is made in full.
With our convenient 'card on file' feature, there is no need to remember to pay your invoice or forget to make payment. We will convientenly process your invoice and charge your card after each weekly mowing service.

How do I pay for work other than weekly lawn care, such as shrub trimming work and leaf clean ups?
All work other than weekly scheduled mowing (i.e. shrub trimming, leaf clean ups)requires a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of work. We will invoice you and the 50% deposit can be paid once we arrive at your home, prior to the work beginning.
SERVICE DATES:
If it’s raining on my schedule date, when should I expect service?
If rain is in the forecast for your scheduled service date, we will service your property 1-2 days before it rains or 1-2 days after the weather has cleared.
Can we request service on a specific day of the week or a specific time of the day?
We will make every attempt to accommodate your day of the week request, however we cannot guarantee it. We provide service to specific locations on certain days of the week. Unfortunately, we do not take requests for a specific time of the day.
Can I call and skip a weekly mowing service visit?
If you skip a service visit, we cannot guarantee your current service day or price. We work on a schedule in order to provide our clients with consistant and reliable service. Although we will make every attempt to reserve your slot, it's possible that if you skip a weekly mowing service, you could lose your prefered service day of the week.
HOMEOWNER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Do I need to be home for services?
No, you do not. We simply need access to the back yard. Please ensure that any pets are secured inside of the home for the safety of our crew.
Can you still service my back yard if my dog is in the back yard?
No, we cannot service the back yard if your pets are present in the back yard. This is for the safety of your pet and our staff.
Will the same crew service my property on each visit?
Yes. The same crew will service your property on each visit. We are owner operated and the owner is present at all service visits.
Sould I water my lawn prior to my lawn mowing service visit?
For best results, please do not water your lawn the evening before or the morning of scheduled service.
Will you move items/furniture or objects?
No. The removal of children's toys, dog waste and lawn furniture or objects are the responsibility of the home owner.
